Thai Chili
Thai chili , Bird's eye chili, bird eye chili, bird's chili or Thai chili is a chili pepper, acultivar from the species Capsicum annuum, commonly found in Southeast Asia.
Thai chili can also be found in India, in Meghalaya, Assam and Kerala. It is used in traditional dishes of the Kerala cuisine. This cultivar is also found in rural areas of Sri Lanka, where it is used as a substitute for green chilis.
Some English speakers also refer to this cultivar as Thai hot, Thai dragon, and boonie pepper. This pepper is 50.000 ~ 100.000 in the scoville scale.
Packaging and presentation
Our Thai chilis ship on boxes of 22 Lb, 25 Lb or 30 Lb (10 Kg, 11.4 Kg and 13.6 Kg respectively) and can go by air or sea.
