At Exoticfarm we work most of the time FOB point of origin, however freight arrangements are made for the customer and are paid at the delivery of the order. Other commercial terms can be agreed on a case by case basis especially if the customer is part of a supply program agreement.

Payment terms are given based on the credit qualifications of the customer. These references are available in most cases through rating agencies (e.g. Produce Blue Book).

We can send product by air or by sea, we typically work FOB Dominican but we coordinate all logistics of transportation for the customer and freight charges are paid upon reception of the product.

Our company has been certified PrimusLab and GlobalGap and is FDA approved. At Exoticfarm we employ FDA PAM, EPA and AOAC methodologies and use Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the Chain of production ensuring product safety.
